Side note, the VM needs 3d support because I am trying to run some cad software we have for a cnc. Clicking the start menu takes 5 seconds or so to open even the mouse movement is slow. The minute I check that box it becomes very slow and unresponsive. The vm works perfectly when I have it running without 3d support enabled. It is hosted on a HP ProLiant D元60 G9, Intel Xeon e5-2683 v4 32 core 2.10 GHz, 164 GB ram. I switch the auto detect for video memory back and forth from me specifying it to auto and it doesn't seem to matter.
